What happens if I cancel?

Your church reverts to the free plan. Replies you wrote stay visible, but you won't be able to add new replies or access full analytics and featured placement.

Do reviews change if I pay?

No. Reviews are posted by your community and are never edited, filtered, or removed based on your plan. Pro only adds tools for your team, not influence over ratings.

Can my whole staff use it?

Yes, on Pro. Add managers from your manage dashboard and every one of them gets the full set of Pro tools — there is no per-seat charge, so the price is the same whether one person or ten look after your listing.
