These terms govern your use of Church Rating, operated by Decima LLC (Texas, USA). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate others.

Acceptable use

• Write honest reviews based on genuine experience.
• No spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates others’ rights.
• No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews and content you submit. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the service, including in aggregated and anonymized form. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Moderation

We may review, hide, or remove content and may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Reports are handled by our moderation process.

Disclaimers

The service and its information (including church details and scores) are provided “as is,” without warranties. Scores reflect user opinion, not our endorsement, and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the version and ask you to re-accept. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
